MEET OUR ADVISORS

Scott Walls

Scott has a diverse investment portfolio, holding stakes in 1,862 units across key markets including Phoenix, Mesa, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, and Atlanta. He owns and manages a 16-unit property in Maine and is a partner in a 300+ acre luxury resort in Kona, Hawaii. Scott enjoys activities such as baseball, golf, backpacking, camping, and fishing. He is also involved in clearing land for an orchard and is exploring hydroponic, aeroponic, and organic gardening techniques.

Professionally, Scott’s expertise includes underwriting, deal analysis, executive presentation development, asset management, and project management, all supported by his sharp analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail.

Greg Chew

Gregory comes from an IT background of over twenty years, with a focus on design and high-level architecture for large desktop environments. A graduate of Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science, he has a deep propensity for an attention to detail and a lover of numbers. Gregory has actively partnered in multifamily investments totaling over 380 units. Gregory is very family-focused, a proud father of two children, ages 9 and 12, and in a loving marriage of over fourteen years.

ROD KHLEIF

Rod Khleif brings 42 years of real estate ownership and management experience to the team. He has owned over 2000 single-family homes which were rented long- term, as well as thousands of multifamily apartment units. Mr. Khleif hosts the largest commercial real estate podcast in existence titled: Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing, which has been downloaded over 17 million times. Mr. Khleif also hosts the largest multifamily education and networking group on Facebook with over 48,000 members. As an educator, Mr. Khleif has hosted sold out multifamily training boot camps across the country and virtually online with thousands of past participants. He also has hundreds of mentorship coaching students across the US and abroad. Mr. Khleif is most proud of the 501(c)3 nonprofit foundation he founded and runs called The Tiny Hands Foundation which has benefited over 130,000 at risk children in Florida with holiday meals and backpacks filled with school supplies. Gregory is very family-focused, a proud father of two children, ages 9 and 12, and in a loving marriage of over fourteen years.
